KW Toolbar Approaches 2,000 users!

This is just the tip of the iceberg as to what Keller Williams Agents can do to support them in their daily exposure to real estate resources. If you have the Keller Williams Toolbar and you have not shared it with other associates or your Team Leader, why not?

My friends are headed to the Keller Williams Family Reunion and I want to offer some helpful tips when attending the family reunion that supported me in the past.

Helpful Tip 1:
Wear comfortable shoes. There is a lot of walking. I wore comfortable shoes and I still ended up with aching feet by the last day. Get some red tennis shoes if possible. I am not sure they are still selling those…they will help. This isn’t about going to a fashion show…just be comfortable.

Helpful Tip 2:
Figure out a 30 second ice breaker that will allow you to talk to other agents. They are all there to meet and get referrals and yet there is still this comfort zone that people seem to operate from….they are with people from their Market Center and they seem to stay with them.

Helpful Tip 3:
Get out of your Comfort Zone! Talk to people you don’t know. Ask them if they would like your referrals. Get their card and make sure you give them yours. Givers Gain. If you ask them if they want your referrals it is much easier than asking them for referrals.

Helpful Tip 4:
It is a big party, however, it is not a time to be out of control. If you must drink, drink in moderation. This is not a time to go crazy and lose your wits.

Helpful Tip 5:
Get plenty of sleep. There is a lot of information at Family Reunion and a wealth of knowledge is yours for the showing up. If you don’t get enough sleep it is easy to sleep in and treat this like vacation. This is not vacation. This is work. Get your rest and take advantage of everything that is available to you so you can grow your business.

Check out the Vendors and all the cool new stuff they have to offer.

The OKC or Oklahoma City MLS has now been added to the KW Toolbar under Oklahoma. If you are from OKC, you will be excited to find it. Simply go to the red lock and key and drop down to OK and then click on the Oklahoma City MLS.

If you don’t see your MLS login and you would like to have it included on the Keller Williams toolbar, simply email to us by going to the right of the KW logo and click on contact us.

Keller Williams Agents are loving the toolbar. I get emails with requests and thank yous for the toolbar all the time. What a great way to pull everything Keller Williams together and put it in one place and all with easy access, right?

Questions & Answers

Q. I have noticed that from time to time the icons on my KW Toolbar move around. Why is this?

A. Because the toolbar is for you, the Keller Williams Agents, we are providing supply and demand so to speak. What I mean is, as a component gets used more often, I move it close to the left of the toolbar. The search and red KW logo on the top left will never move. The other components may move based on usage. You may even see less popular icons drop off the toolbar all together. If less than 10% of the users are clicking on that tool, it could be removed.

KW Toolbar Stats

When you look at the stats on the right you can see that google search is the number one item used on the toolbar. Second is the
KW Logins and third is the email notifier. The news feed from other KW sites is forth and so on. This varies greatly each day by
the number of users and time of day the snapshot was taken. This was taken early this morning so it doesnt’ show a full day useage.

I monitor the usage by component and if I see one consistently not being used, I will remove it all together.

Yesterday we had another 31 installs of the KW Toolbar for your computer. The Keller Williams Toolbar is being well received by Keller Williams Agents. We had 31 new users yesterday and the number grows each week. Officially as of today we have over 1812 Keller Williams Agents using the toolbar to streamline their real estate business and connect them to all the powerful tools that Keller Williams has available.

Keller Williams Agents are not aware of all the great tools their company has out there just waiting for them to tap into. Now they can have all of those tools right at the top of their computer screen.

If you don’t have the Keller Williams Toolbar on your computer..I have one question for you. Why not?
