The Southwest Indiana MLS link has been added to the Keller Williams toolbar. If you are in Indiana, you will be happy to know your Multiple Listing System is at the top of your computer now for super easy access every day! Enjoy.

If you don’t see your MLS on the KW toolbar it is because you haven’t sent us the link! It is simple, send me a link to your mls login page and the state you are in and I will add it to the toolbar…this is a toolbar built for you, by you…the agents.

The Lowe’s REALTOR® benefits page has been added to the Keller Williams Toolbar under the ‘Requested Resources”. If you go to the red lock icon and click it this section will drop down.

The Lowe’s REALTOR benefits package is an awesome way to give your clients discounts. I tell my clients that we Co-Market with Lowe’s and it also gives creditability. I sign all my clients up to receive discounts and goodies from Lowe’s. I love this program. If you haven’t signed up…look on your toolbar and check them out. Best of all….it’s FREE!

Thank you to Patrick Hamann for sending us the link to the San Antonio Board of REALTORS to add to the kw.com toolbar for your computer. The new link has been added under MLS Logins by state under the red lock and key. San Antonio REALTORS can now login easily from the Keller Williams Toolbar.

Keller Williams Chat Room has been added to the KW.com Toolbar. I thought it would be an interesting piece to see if anyone would use it and chat with other agents. If we don’t get a lot of usage I will remove it. Until then, I will give it a month or two and see how you like it!

Keller Williams Realty Southern Nevada has been added to the Keller Williams Toolbar for your computer. This link is for the Intranet Login for MC # 618 in Southern Nevada. If your MC is not on the KW Toolbar, you can simply Contact us and send us a link to your Market Center Intranet Page.

One agent asked for a login to the blogger.com site so you can create FREE blogs. Blogger is now owned by Google so you may know it as the google blog. You can create a FREE blog here. The advantages is, a blog is like another website only it can be better in some ways because many agents come up in the search engines much faster because the content is updated more often than a regular website.
If you don’t currently have a blog, you might want to consider getting one. Even if you post short notes on it daily about what you are doing in real estate, it can improve your business.

KW MC # 839 – Greater Cleveland Southeast

What is my Red Tools?
My Red Tools is a Contact Management site set up for Keller Williams Agents by Keller Williams Agents. I have not personally used it, though I know I had agents request that I put it on the KW Toolbar so they would have it at the top of their computer.

I know in the past I have used Top Producer and I really didn’t like it. Though I know a lot of agents do so I did include it on the KW Toolbar. I have used WiseAgent and I liked it very much. It sounds like My Red Tools is a great system and I look forward to hearing comments from you about it! What do you like best?

I am finding that Market Centers across the nation are announcing the KW toolbar at their Team Meetings so each agent in the Market Center can take advantage of the toolbar. Yesterday we had 21 installs. This is exciting as YOU the agents are getting the word out to each other. It is spreading by word of mouth.

If your Market Center is not using the KW Toolbar as a recruiting tool they are missing the boat! This tool is something that every REALTOR can use and enjoy even if they are not with Keller Williams. Rest assured once they get a taste of everything Keller Williams has to offer as a company, it won’t be long before they will want to join.
