Q. I have noticed that from time to time the icons on my KW Toolbar move around. Why is this?
A. Because the toolbar is for you, the Keller Williams Agents, we are providing supply and demand so to speak. What I mean is, as a component gets used more often, I move it close to the left of the toolbar. The search and red KW logo on the top left will never move. The other components may move based on usage. You may even see less popular icons drop off the toolbar all together. If less than 10% of the users are clicking on that tool, it could be removed.
